Gulai tempoyak of Perak is sometimes made with ‘ikan terubuk’. Gulai is also mix with cucumber. Gulai are cooked in the pot so that the taste is still tasty. It also can be cooked with other type of fish. Other types of fish, especially freshwater fish is also can be used.
